Ironically, the green SUV picture car actually broke down while the movie was shooting. True to it’s “character,” the subplot surrounding the green SUV in the movie was that it was being worked on at a garage.

We obviously didn’t give the little dog chocolate frosting because as “Lily” said, “Dogs can’t have chocolate. It can kill them!” Instead of frosting, the icing tub was filled with a mix of mashed potatoes and dark gravy. Enticing for the canine actor, but also healthy.

Binky’s breed is West Highland Terrier.

This film was released with the title “Her Only Child” in the U.S., but was released foreign as “Maternal Obsession.”
