‘Home Invasion’ to premiere on Lifetime

Penned by Christine and shot in 2011, ‘Home Invasion’ stars Lisa Sheridan as Nicole– a woman who fights back during a violent home invasion, protecting herself and her foster daughter. After killing one of the robbers (Taymour Ghazi), she joins a support group where she meets a young woman who also claims to be a victim of a violent crime (Haylie Duff). What Nicole doesn’t know is that the woman she’s getting to know was the girlfriend of the dead robber and has her sites set on revenge. ‘Home Invasion’ premieres Saturday, March 17th on Lifetime at 8pm PDST.

2012 Starts with “Perfect Secrets”

On January 1st, Lifetime will spend the day re-running “Secret” movies including “My Daughter’s Secret,” “My Family’s Secret,” and “My Nanny’s Secret.” The following day, is another “Perfect” day on Lifetime with re-runs of “The Perfect Nanny,” “The Perfect Marriage,” “The Perfect Roommate,” and “The Perfect Teacher.”

She’s giving three seminars over the weekend: ‘Writing the Low- and Micro-budget screenplay;’ ‘How to Write the Mind Blowing Sex Scene,’ and ‘ Vampires, Zombies, & Ghosts: How to Write Horror that doesn’t Suck, Bite, or Fall over Dead.’

‘The Perfect Roommate’ premieres tonight

‘The Perfect Roommate,’ penned by Christine and starring Boti Bliss and Billy Moses, will premiere tonight on the Lifetime network in the U.S. The film, shot in Canada, is about a college student who takes on a roommate to help her with expenses until she begins to suspect that her new friend has really moved in just to get closer to her wealthy father.

Christine Conradt will be giving three seminars at this year’s Screenwriting Expo 2011. On Saturday, Sept. 17, she’ll be speaking on how to write a low- and micro-budget script, and on Sunday, Sept. 18th, topics include ‘How to Write the Mind-Blowing Sex Scene’ and ‘Vampires, Zombies, & Ghosts: How to Write Horror that Doesn’t Suck, Bite, or Fall Over Dead.’ Screenwriting Expo is one of the most comprehensive, well-known expos geared toward writers in the world and draws more than 1,000 people each year.
